My brother has an Advent Roma 2001 laptop. Recently he upgraded to windows 10 and after a few days the USB ports and card reader slot have stopped working. I repair computers for a living and am out of ideas. The device manager sees the ports as unknown devices and cannot find drivers to reinstall them. Here are the things that I have tried.
