Looks like a nice classic looking slot car track, reminds me of the layout style in the Scalextric suggested layouts book from the 60's or 70's. Might have been "101 circuits" Looks like Artin has similar track size ratio to Carrera so I wonder if it could be recreated in Carrera (original intention of the post, I should have been a bit clearer.
